San Juan Heating, an established HVAC and commercial refrigeration company located in the San Juan Islands, is seeking experienced, detail oriented people to join our team. We are the only factory authorized Carrier dealer in the area and take pride in our quality-oriented, family business, with over 30 years experience in the industry.

We are searching for individuals who like to work in a fast paced environment and can be the face of our organization while in the field taking care of our expanding commercial and residential client base. Our service area includes all of the San Juan Islands.

SAN JUAN HEATING HAS IMMEDIATE OPENINGS FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS:

EXPERIENCED HVAC/R TECHNICIAN

We are looking for Experienced Technicians to perform service, installation and preventative maintenance on all types of HVAC, refrigeration, commercial kitchen equipment and ice machines. Technicians are expected to be able to test components, check for leaks, operate and read gauges, read wiring diagrams, diagnose electrical and mechanical defects, reclaim refrigerant, perform mechanical repairs, remove and install new HVAC systems in high-end homes, perform preventative maintenance and up-sell PM Agreements.

Requirements:

• Candidate must have a minimum of five [5] years HVAC and/or commercial refrigeration experience
• NATE and Refrigeration Certifications a plus
• Clean driving record to operate company vehicles
• Ability to clearly document all work
• Ability to communicate with customers and co-workers
• Take pride in appearance both personal and equipment
• Be a motivated, self-starter able to work with little supervision
• Certified electrical experience a PLUS
• High school or equivalent
